How to use the year-at-a-glance calendar
This single-sheet view of the 2030-2031 Academic Year is built for planners, registrars, and parents who want the entire school year visible at once. The layout opens with August (the conventional month for first-day-of-school dates), proceeds chronologically through May commencement, and includes June and July to complete the August-to-July academic cycle. Federal holidays from the OPM schedule are amber-shaded; click any month tile for the full single-page printable layout in portrait or landscape.
For grade-specific views with milestones layered onto the same federal calendar, open the Elementary K–5, Middle School 6–8, or High School 9–12 view of this school year. For semester-by-semester planning, use the two-semester view, which splits the year into the fall and spring terms with finals windows and break dates clearly marked.
Printing tips
For the cleanest single-sheet print of the year overview, use your browser's Print dialog with margins set to Default, headers and footers disabled, and orientation set to landscape. The 4×3 grid of mini-months sized for desktop maps cleanly to a single landscape letter or A4 sheet at 100% scale.
