Built for the school year

Every layout starts in August and ends in July, the way K–12 districts and four-year universities actually run. Not the January civil calendar that hides the structure of the academic year.

Real federal holiday data

All eleven US federal holidays — including Juneteenth from 2021 onward — are computed from the OPM schedule defined by 5 U.S.C. § 6103. Saturday and Sunday observances roll correctly.

Print-clean by default

Tuned for US Letter and ISO A4 in portrait or landscape. No popups, no logins, no watermarks. Click Print on any month and you get the printable layout.

A grade-band view for every school year

Each school year on PrintCalendars is also published as three grade-band layouts — Elementary (K–5), Middle School (6–8), and High School (9–12) — with the milestones that actually matter at each level layered on top of the federal-holiday calendar. AP exams, state testing windows, parent-teacher conferences, and athletic seasons appear where you'd expect them.
